My MISSION at RockeLife2.0 Restorative Bodywork is to meet your needs right where you are as a whole person; to help you to leave feeling refreshed, more balanced, more able, more comfortable, and more hopeful.
It’s not just about techniques and tools, but taking a focused, analytical approach to assess the true source of soft tissue dysfunction, to reduce pain and increase range of motion and strength using the best information available for each client. Your comfort guides the way we proceed. I have traveled the state working with athletes at events, in homes and at businesses working with unique client challenges in unique conditions. All have shaped the way I approach the needs of every client every day. The techniques used at RockeLife2.0 are very specific, surprisingly gentle and very deliberate.
Techniques are integrated from:
Relaxing Swedish Massage
Deep Tissue Massage
Myofascial Release
Manual Neuromuscular/Trigger Point Therapy
Precision T-Bar Therapy
Sports Massage
Manual Lymphatic Drainage
Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation
